Governing Law

This agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, excluding its conflict of law principles. By using this Site, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, U.S.A., in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site or the interpretation of this Agreement.
