Katrina is a lifelong Yukon resident. She graduated from Yukon High School and attended Oklahoma State University graduating in 2007 with a Bachelors in General Business with a minor in Management & Marketing. Since graduation, she held a variety of roles in human resources, staffing and recruitment working for a variety of large enterprises including Baker-Hughes and IBM. By the time she started with YNB in 2016, she had gained years of experience that she brought to her position as Vice President and Human Resources Director. Katrina is a true employee advocate and has a passion for Human Resources. In addition to her HR responsiblities, Katrina also serves on the YNB Board of Director’s Advisory Board. She works hard to ensure the bank provides a positive working environment that maximizes employee productivity and morale.
