You grant permission to YNB to publish and publicize the information and testimonial about your experience as a client of YNB submitted through our online form.

You understand that this information, including my name, will be used in media relations and other communication strategies to internal and external audiences. Any materials produced will remain the property of YNB.

I also understand that my permission is limited to the information submitted through our online form and does not represent broad authorization to publicize additional information about my experience with YNB.
